If you want to get good pay, very good T&C's (same as Britannia main line) good time off, possibility to fly longhaul and transfer over to the mainline, go for Thomsonfly. You will also get the chance to join a very good final salary pension scheme. Currently quite a lot of very qualified pilots are leaving other low cost airlines for Tfly.
