guess you've already checked their website, if not here's the link:

http://www.cirrus-world.de/opencms/o....html?lang=Eng

I met some pilots from the D328 fleet recently, and they do not seem to be unhappy about the company, working conditions, etc etc... (though we did not go into detail, the pay appears to be a bit on the low side ...., but that is just from hear-say..)
If you check the news on the website, it appears that they are expanding, which is also a good sign...
Good luck...

Not a good deal flying for Cirrus!

Pay is on the VERY LOW side (FO´s around 2500 Euros Cpt´s around 4000) The German tax system will deduct around 40-50 % of these amounts. Leaving you with around 2200 Euros NET as a CPT!!!

NO extras like sector pay, LOL....

LOADS of roster disruptions and flying from bases in the middle of nowhere like Rostock or Leipzig. Really bad crew hotels.

To make it worse there have been several occasions where management tried to interfere with cpt´s authority.

This is one of the worst Airline Jobs in Germany.
