Is the grass greener on the Tropical Island?
Well, the company is apparently in Dire financial trouble, it seems they can't make money no matter how full their flights are. So management is trying to cut costs, to the detrement of crews.

So it's a great job for a type rating, but not for the long term. Don't expect to be upgraded or moved up from smaller fleets, as told by many on this forum. According to Management there is no career for expats.
