Looking into the crystal ball...
 

Anyone seen any research estimates as to when pilots can expect to no longer be paying heaps of money for a right-seat job (ie. when will the companies become desperate)? I hear the industry talking of a severe crew shortage in the near future?!
I'd like to move on to a MRJT, but damned if I'm gonne let some ***hole TRTO set me back thousands of pounds in the process...
Any airlines out there that don't screw you over before hiring you?
