Help needed
 

Hello everyone and thank you in advance for your interest replying or even checking this thread.
For the last 15 days there has been a major conflict in the airline i work concerning the proportion of the CPT-F/O monthly NET salary.
I would appreciate if any(or better many and from different airlines) could provide some feedback on this issue.
I am not interested in numbers.All i need is :e.g. if a CPT in your airline makes 100% then how much would the F/O make ?
A rough idea that i have,based on a proposed plan,is a 100-75 proportion based on the years that a CPT has compared to the years an F/O has.
