Greetings,
This might be better placed in the wannabe forum but thought I'd try here first.
Interested in working in the sands. Current on CV580 and Metros and wondering who to talk to. Have spoken to JM a couple of times but not a lot of feedback as yet. Any information regarding who to talk to and the conditions would be much appreciated. Would be taking the wife and two young kids as well.

Dealing with JM or FJ is a a waste of time as they are both being punished for past indescretions and possibly on the way out!
JM is no longer CP so dealing with him is a waste of time.
Depending on the age of your kids it can be very expensive to send the youngins to school in BAH.As DHL do not pay for education expenses,thus negating any benefits you may expect from a tax free salary.
As for conditions we operate under FAA regulations so 16 hrs duty is not illegal here.
And the summers are hot,but at least you can open the window on the Convair!Thank God winter is just around the corner!!
The cost of living is expensive about equal to the better western european countries.
accomodation is great but the management really sucks,they treat us like dogs.
There are plusses and minuses about the job,but the minuses are too many for me so my departure is not too far away.

interested in going over to that neck of the woods also. Can you give me any info on who to contact-names of chief pilot/HR etc. or any other info. would be appreciated.
