so what's next ....

Hi ,

Do you think our conditions will improve in the future or just get worst ? Before covid hit the condition were already low . I am speaking for Europen market .

Fo Salary these days are around 1500 euro
Cpt 3500 euro

I find it silly they just can take any job in hope they will find a better one .....

With the definite shortage of experienced crew then I think you will find that the salaries and conditions are much improved over that which you quote. They must be for a very low-end employer taking advantage perhaps of low hour new guys and girls to realise those extremely poor figures.

It can only get worse. Much worse.

Seems to be a very pessimistic view expressed.

For anyone who has their heads in sand let me explain that the aviation industry was in the doldrums to say the least these last few years, brought about by a pandemic.

The present state of airlines can be regarded as somewhat in a panic. Lack of trained crew, due to many conditions has resulted in rapid action in recruitment.

Anyone who has heard of market forces and with a modicum of intelligence can see that airlines will need to look at how to recruit and hold on to flight deckhands and find that pay and conditions they offer will assist them in their task.

My opinion for what it's worth is that overall terms and conditions will improve , not saying it will get back to the good old days, not that they were good for everybody but in general it's getting better.
