Berlin Tegel airport will cease ops on 1st November, so it was going to be closed as a base anyway.

Sign whatever you are given or shut the door from outside. The usual way of negotiating with staff at RYR. I do have a sneaky feeling that it will end the same way as Lauda and its VIE base though.
