Anybody cares to comment on Terms and Conditions at Hi Fly?
Salaries and Days Off?
Life style on both Long Haul and Short Haul fleet?
How does that work since they do not have a permanent base? (commuting from/to?) Which regular Airlines/Customers are using their services?

What are the work paterns?
T&C for both Captains and F/Os? Internal upgrades?

As far as I was told working pattern is 20 days ON 12 days OFF. Captain pay is/was €10000 gross. You have to deal with the taxes by yourself. Home base can be anywhere as long as it is accepted by the airline as a gateway. No direct hire with the airline, only agency.

Do you have any idea of the selection process? Any info would be appreciated.

What I know is that the assessment used (don't know if still is) to be conducted in Lisbon. Expect a simulator and interview. Don't know if there is anything else.
