Sigma Aviation and Wizzair

What are the advantages / disadventages of going through Sigma (recruiting agency) or directly through Wizz when applying for an F/O position ?.....
What is the catch?....

Ask them, they do reply and the amount of BS is significantly less than with some other agencies, both large and small.
