Ryanair Spain based pilots

Hi guys! Need your help with this one.

Can a Ryanair pilot based in Spain go part time according to the Spanish law? I have heard different things (such as you can go part time after a year at 100%) and don’t know what to believe.

According to SEPLA website they reached an agreement to follow the Spanish labor law from 31st January 2019. Is not this agreement being respected?

As far as I know you have to work 100% for one year and then you can go part time

Could anyone tell me how much a ryanair captain in Spain can expect after tax on a full time RYR contract?
