Air Arabia Is recruiting for 320 FO. As base of operations is in Marocco and it looks quite attractive for me, does anyone have information how are working conditions, atmosphere in company, upgrade time and salary?

They mentioned 8 days off in a row, upgrade 3 years depends on experience and salary 4300-5100net if rated.

Can anyone confirm upper informations?

I flew with an FO last year that did more then two years with them.
He was happy and from what I gather he was treated much like the pilots in Europe in the 60s and 70s.
The King of Morocco hold the pilots in great regards and people in general look up to us there.
This FO had only good things to say, keeping in mind it is different in some ways.
A proper Flag Carrier from what I understood.
