Best-paid DEC jobs In Europe?

Have been flying in Asia for a little while, thinking of coming back to good 'ole Europe...

I am trawling through ads, looking for some decent, sustainable deal to settle. Would prefer long haul, but shorthaul would do as well (A320 or 737).

Thus far most of the offers on the market offer 5-7k Eur after tax with varying degrees of roster 'attractiveness'.

Surprisingly, the winner thus far seems to be... RYR! Decent money, fixed rosters and a rather stable job. All other offers seem to be iffy...

Any ideas where else to try?

easyJet are taking direct entry captain applications for London and Portugal (type and non type rated)

Here's another avenue. Hope it all work out for you.

Thx EGPF. Any idea what would (roughly) be a London based CA take-home salary and roster?

5.5k GBP. 5 earlies, 3 off, 5, lates 4 off as a roster pattern. Every 4 months you do a random 28 days. That's for the UK. That's with 10% pension contribution.
Portugal is random roster and less money, although there has just been an improvement so I believe.

Seems to be in line with other offers - though the rosters look good and the stability would be a plus...

He meant to say 5 Earlies, 3 off, 5 lates, 4 off.

Transavia. Munich base.737. 11K per month I hear.

RYR is in fact pretty much bottom pay but decent roster

Transavia closing MUC base I heard, and, I think the 11k was an "optimistic" claim, and was in any case "gross" not "net".

For a walk in walk out contract, it appears Enter or Travelservice may be lucrative through the right agency, but, seasonal at best.

Don't be blindsided with the same old players, have a good look around.
I returned to Europe and decided to try a different niche of aviation than 4 sector days, 5 days a week, to same old places in a 180 odd seater. The money is the same and the flying is varied and enjoyable.
Things are picking up and you only have 1 career (as a pilot😉)

Goodluck wherever you end up!

Well... where did you end up?

ACMI operator. Don't get me wrong no where's perfect we all know that!

I also looked at defense contractors (but they may require you to be living in their country a certain time prior) and airbus were/are also looking for beluga pilots (but you must be fluent french!)

Consider casting the line a little further is my humble suggestion

Well I guess airlines which offers good terms are also those which don't recruit direct entry captains, anyway here they are listing 36 dec jobs not requiring a type rating https://www.allflyingjobs.com/pilot-...iews_fulltext=
and here 62 dec jobs fo either a 320 or b737 https://www.allflyingjobs.com/pilot-...iews_fulltext=
all europe based.
