Rostering 25/5 salary 5119 with using an agency

trancada 19th Jun 2017 17:23

25 days on, 5 days off per month?

latecoere240 20th Jun 2017 12:37

you can info (but not that much) on : Nordica pilot jobs news for airline pilots and aviation schools

Is it 5119 before or after tax ? You can use this calculator to have an estimate of your wage accordingly :
Salary/Wage and Tax Calculator - Estonia, Latvia

BlueVolta 21st Jun 2017 01:35

It is 5119 gross gross gross....and then you deduct everything!

Very low T & C, unless you want to get some specific experience and then move elsewhere....

You paid through an agency then you need your own local company then pay yourself through that.

Mine wage is something like 400euro which is taxed at 50%. And gives you local health insurance then the rest taken as a dividend at 21%.

They are screaming for crew, there may be a bit of a pretend play at some form of selection but if you have a license and are willing to take the conditions then your in.

Intrance 14th Sep 2017 06:38

Screening is fairly standard AFAIK, but it's still not a case where everyone gets through. Selection continues all through the process and people have been dropped during sim/line training as well for failing to live up to standards expected. It's not a "you've got a pulse and a license, good enough" company.

Terms and conditions are the main con, depending on your personal situation it ranges from just livable to pretty OK and being able to get some savings, but it's not up to industry standard. If stuck on turboprops and looking for a jet job it can be a decent option, or for experienced FO's the chances for a quick upgrade are quite good. Not too many overnights and usually only one night away at a time, if you get based in Tallinn you'll be home most nights. Also worth something perhaps.

Hello, how was your assessment? Could you tell me something about
really thanks

Cough for me 13th Feb 2018 15:38

That's exactly how I think about it, couldn't agree more! It's always great to hear somebody else shares the same outlook about things like this.
I guess it's inevitable but the longer we can suppress the idea the better.

flyinthesky69 10th Mar 2018 12:58

Do you have details about ATR Commander salary?

Hi there , how did the assessment go ? Can you shed some light on the stages, what questions to expect on the theory part?

Icare31 11th May 2018 16:44

Hi all,

I would like to have some feedback regarding the screening process: HR interview, technical exam and profile for the sim evaluation.
Thanks for sharing the information

Was in contact with Confair about there First Officer positions for Nordica in Groningen.

The requirement is 1500hrs. So they request experience from applicants.

Then the salary for F/O will be:
0-1250 €1750 base €33 extra per hour >70hrs
1250-2000 €2450 base €47 >70
2000-3000 €2590 base €49 >70
3000+ €2730 base €52 >70

Asked Confair if my previous experience would be eligable for the above pay scheme...they couldn’t confirm...

I thanked politely for their offer and explained that experience comes at a price. And the offer wasn’t attractive enough for me personally.
