How does one look for Ferry jobs?

Greetings all,

I'm an airline FO working with a charter company based in Europe.
Albeit having 4 years worth of experience under my belt and 2000+ hours on the a320, the winters tend to be very very quiet.

I was wondering whether there would be a market out there for pilots willing to take on Ferry contracts?

If so are there any specialised companies or agencies I could contact about this?
