Why keep Repa (FR) Secret

Hi All fellow aviators in FR.

We are in a time where all terms and conditions are forces down by airline management, especialy in Europe.
It's very importend All pilot's know what is going on in FR regarding there terms and what pilot's in FR do to improve there conditions, since FR are destroying all working conditions in Europe.
Norwegian pilot's are working hard to avoid those bad conditions FR pilot's have, and i think it Will be god if Repa could leak some god information here so All fellow aviators in this business could keep there spirit up and working even harder to get better conditions in the future.

I see alot - sign up in Repa to get information.
why keeping it secret for other pilot's when it is so crusial in this hard time to stop bad contracts and working conditions.
The more United pilot's get across companys, the better conditions we get and pilot's spirit gets even better when thay can read that there is actualy happening something..

Dont hide, use this thread and speak up what is going on, and please stop spaming this thread with and what conditions are in FR - We all know It't right ??

Sorry to say but there is no secret.

Unity is the only thing that will balance the power between employee and employer.

The best way to start is to join a professional pilots association and have your colleagues do the same.

As simple as that, and oh so difficult as that ;)

Boeingflyer I don't think Ryanair are contributing to destroying the career of a pilot however the issue that is destroying the industry for us is the business model that Ryanair use.

The problem is not ryanair, it's the pilots.
When there are no more pilots willing to undersell themselves for a flying job the problem will end. I think.

Many of our threads on REPA are able to follow the debate which is helpful towards our cause, opening it to the public would be counter productive as the usual anti RYR band wagon would roll into town and set up camp with a rager.

Beachbumflyer - while you make a vaguely valid point, making such a facile point is not helping. You obviously have only a loose understanding of what is going on at Ryanair.
When you've only ever worked for a unionised airline, with everything laid on for you, never having to fight for anything, it's really simple to slag off people who are having a terrible time at Ryanair. You can't tell me that you wouldn't have done the same if you were in the same position (assuming you are a commercial pilot).
Now back to real life - Guys, join REPA. PPRUNE is not the place for sorting out Ryanair - times have moved on.
