Union Takes on Ryanair and MOL's Tactics
Finally a union has taken on Ryanair and challenged them on their policy of paying for uniforms and crews being relocated on short notice without financial compensation. Perhaps the pilots could take a leaf out of the cabin crews books and follow suit.

Hopefully this will be the start of something great, its important that the bogus scam contracts which are imposed on pilots and cabin crew are highlighted.

I guess MOL will threaten to leave Belgium... But than again he is leaving Germany already because of the passenger tax, same for the UK, as well as Ireland because of the issues at the airport... etc
Just type in "ryanair threatens to leave" in Google and you will have a laugh! There is only one thing left: Ryanair threathens to leave earth! LOL |

16024...
Classic! :ok: |
I seem to remember, 6 years ago or so, a case of CRL based cabin crew having a barny after being fired by RYR. A judge then ruled they were subject to Belgium law because they had been employed for more than 6 months with CRL as their place of work.
Also there was a case, a year or so ago, with unions in Berlin and easyjet. I don't know the outcome of that one, but ez has UK registered a/c. Perhaps someone in know about both/either could enlighten us. Never let the facts get in the way of a good winge in the bar-room. |
