To be hired you must be a Canadian Citizen or legal "Landed Imigrant" ATPL, Class one IR. Last intake ages varied from 24 to 40, average flight time 5000hrs plus, backgrounds, floats/survey/ charter/ corporate/ feeder/Medivac. Equipment assigned were Relief pilot 767/777/and the Bus series/ Rt seat narrow bodies. Bases Vancouver/Toronto Flat pay first two years, then formula pay, varies with type/routes.A multi crew lic or a Frozen ATPL wont get you an interview in Canada {And most of us want it to stay this way} Most aplicants have spent time in many of the above mentioned flying jobs. A great company to work for with good routes maint and aircraft. Time to promotion? Depends what you want to do, domestic, long haul? The down side? just took the dog out, its minus 14Deg C!

Maybe someone with recent experience of being hired could answer your question, anyone out there?
