Working for Privatair - Questions

I realise Privatair is not hiring and may not hire for awhile with the recession and normal cost containment. That said, I'd like to hear about what it is like to work for Privatair. I believe the A319CJs departed the fleet and now BBJs (1s and 2s) remain in the fleet. Privatair has a fantastic reputation and I have always wondered what it would be like to work there. Some questions:

1. Have the A319 crews now transitioned over the BBJ fleet? What did they think about the switch from A319 to BBJ? Any pros/cons with the switch for former A319 crews?

2. Given that the airline provides 4-5 scheduled routes (i.e., Zurich-New York, Munich-Mumbai, Amsterdam-Houston, etc.), are crews based out of just 2-3 cities (i.e., Munich, Amsterdam and Zurich) or are they home-based? If you are based in Amsterdam, do you only fly the Amsterdam-Houston route or do you get a mix with other routes?

3. Given that you fly long-haul flights, how many trips do you tend to make per month? Do Privatair BBJs ever fly charter flights (provide some route variety) on top of the scheduled flights?

4. What are the biggest pros/cons of working for Privatair?

Cheers - PMs are welcome.

Pathetic Answer

It's some time since I've posted on Pprune but that answer to a legitimate question is the most annoyingly pathetic I've seen in a long time, Donkey Duke := If you can't answer the question in an informative way then  off & leave it to someone with a brain.

1. Yes. Nobody is fired. They go on the BBJ. BBJ has more contracts, longer range and more destination. ACJ has bigger cockpit.
2. Home base doesn't mean you only operate from there. Crew are positioning quite often, actually most of the time.
3. 4 rotations/month.
4. hmm, that's different for everyone.
