Atlas Blue

Any info about rosters, ambiance on board, hotels, days OFF.etc...

Thanks

Roster: none.Published on the last day of the month. you spend most of your time travelling from base to base, the roster changes every day and doesn't respect the flight time regulations who should have been applied since December 1st.

Hotels: getting worse every day as the cretin in charge for the accomodations was asked to to save money. The solution he found? not paying the bill to the hotels. As a result you have to fight in every hotel to get a room.

Days off: 8/month, often changed.

Atmosphere: total chaos. On top of that they are trying to get rid of the expats asap on the Boeing fleet. ONe captain just has been fired because he refused to fly on an illegal roster.

The Airbus fleet is crewed at less than 4 crews/ aircraft.

Stay away! Consider it as the last option

It is worth reading what is written about them across on ppjn.com.
Unfortunately it is about as positive as 3MTA3 has posted. :=

Which fleet are you considering?
And what are your other options other than atlas blue?
If you are unemployed atlas blue is better than nothing!

Atlas Blue

Hi,

I hope you can provide me with some more information regarding Atlas Blue. I have been invited to start ground school in Casa soon and was wondering if there was anything i could to prepare for it beforehand. Also can you tell me a little more about whats involved in the sims?

Thanks for your help.

I've been contacting for the B737 fleet, BUT I am already employed in Europe... but not flying so much, so no enough money for paying my charges!

I ve been told that even if you are based somewhere, you spend your time in a taxi to be rock from a base to an other! Is that right?

seems to be yes and there must be a good reason why they pay deadheading, which is nowadays quite exceptional
