What is the FO salary, net? |
On PPJN, why there is a SO pay scale? What does it correspond to? There is no SO at Luxair. As FO, do we get paid directly on the FO payscale detailed on ppjn ? https://www.pilotjobsnetwork.com/jobs/Luxair |

Hi guys, a FO from Luxair here.
Salary gross is like on aviation jobs network. Net depends on if you are married or not. Basically unmarried you lose 1/3 of your salary for all the legal stuff and if you are married you get a nice tax reduction (roughly 50%). You get paid from day 1. TR is paid by Luxair. And once released and with some experience you get to the first SO scale. SO is just for show, nothing different from FO. You get annual raises and when you are in the max scale for SO you automatically go to the scales as FO. Schedules are quite random honestly. 10 days off per month with 1 block of 4 days. The rest is up to scheduling. But you can make a lot of requests! Hope this helped. |
