new base for EZY

I have been told (two days ago @ Luton) that one more base will come on the top of CDG and LYS in France for next Spring 2008... and this time that will be a 'real' base for pilots. They plan 4 aircrafts for 2008 and 2 more for 2009...and this base will be ....TLS.... I was quiet surprised, but there is a big potential market apparently...??!:ok:

Well if I have read it on here -PPRUNE- then it must be true. After all I got the final word on the CDG and LYS bases on here two days before I heard anything official from the company.....

Hmmm.. wasn't the reason for CDG and LYS not being 'real' bases that French residents are liable for large (50% of salary) social security payments? Not sure, but that's what I heard.

Exactly. In any case next Spring is quite a while away and a week is a long time in Easyjet.
