Skyvoyager,

Going by your question you must have job offers from Air 2000 & Monarch, congratulations.

So, the market is moving after all!

Air 2000 currently pay £2.30 Flight duty allowance, but in light of the fact that the Board of Directors are currently going through the staff working conditions with a chain saw, we don't know if this figure will stay.

As far as we know there is also absolutely no recruitment planned, as the consultation period for the planned redundancies is still in effect.

Monarch pay £2.67 if one is away from base, and £2.23 for out and backs. The amount of money you could expect to earn varies enormously between fleets, and bases.
