How much worth is the sale of a off/vacation day in your company?

As my company is approaching me to sell a couple of off/vacation days I would like to know what the industry standard is for a 737NG F/O? I am in a pretty good position to negotiate and I am interested in other company agreements. Maybe you have a formula or just the plain sum. I would appreciate if you mention the company and the currency.

Im DHL air all pilots get £500 for selling a day back.
it was a lot less but as we are very short of crews they had to raise it to keep the aircraft flying.

Perhaps this is a question that should be directed at th poor b*ggers who fought for years so that the likes of you and I would have the benefit of paid holidays. The Labour/TU movement has it's faults but without it 't mill owners would be demanding money from you to allow you to work more! :hmm:
