This is a very significant development for Ryanair Pilots.

One only needs to look at what happened over at Easyjet to see how important this is. Well done to Easyjet Pilots for not only saving their own Terms and Conditions but what they have achieved is now having an effect on the mentality and expectations of Ryanair Pilots. You have stopped the rot.

Now it is time for Ryanair Pilots to stop the rot!

some pilots are fools!

Ryanairs European Pilots Association (REPA) today forced ryanair (the lowest pay airline) management to climb down embarrasingly over a proposed vote on reducing pilots terms and conditions even further.
Forecast to make 450 million profit this year, the company says pilots have to tighten their belts and some pilots(?????) agree with them.goes to show, kick a dog long enough and he will think it is normal.

Grim, would you mind expanding on that a little? Is this to do with the new pay deal in stn? & How long in your opinion do you thnk it'll be before they are forced to recognise a union? (How long is a piece of string right?) :hmm:

FACT, Ryanair will never talk to BALPA
That's an astonishingly certain "FACT" from a supposedly ordinary line pilot there Harry. Even DOB hasn't ruled out such a situation if they are forced to. Perhaps you would like to share the source of this certainty? In fact MOL himself has said he will one day have to talk to the pilots.
I only ask as your statement might confuse some pilots into believing that it was an established reality and given DOB's and MOL's earlier comments, never mind the legal realities, it would appear to be not set in the stone you imply. I hardly think you would seek to mislead your alleged colleagues so I think a clarification of the issue is in order.
In fact, one could be forgiven for thinking that you were attempting to drive a certain management agenda, aimed at lowering morale amongst the pilot group. As you have previously claimed to be an ordinary pilot, interested in maximising your earnings, I can't help but think your statement runs contrary to that objective. No doubt a simple explanation will clear up the matter?

FACT , a lot of people have joined BALPA recently after receivinga a new ''PAY CUT'' proposal . More to follow .
