Jet2 757 fleet

Just wondering if any of the Jet2 boys and girls could enlighten me as to what life is like working on the 757 fleet.
Are you working anywhere near max hours?
Is there much disruption?
Do you get (and keep) many standby duties?
etc, etc.
Grateful for any info.

Don't touch it with a barge pole have heard woeful reports from colleagues on it.
