Easy Jet requirements changed again ?
I see from their website that to qualify as type rated pilot, you now need 500 hrs 737/319 in the last 5 years.

AviationjobSearch.com are now saying the same thing :confused:BR. |
No do not think so.. the easy website is a mess with different hour requirements on the different pages.. have to sack the webmaster ehh..
Go here and you still only need the 50 on type if rated on B737/A320 http://www.easyjet.com/EN/Jobs/Pilot/index.html |
Jetavia,
I had also seen that on the same website so conflicting info from other page from same site. It was the Aviation job search Ad that made me question whether it had changed for the worse, as that also reflected the 500 hour requirement. BR. |
500 hrs most definitely not required.
I know a few from baby who dont have 500 on type with easy start dates. And from what I can see they are getting many experienced guys in. Even guys 737 rated being taken on directly to the Airbus (without a rating at all and no TRSS required). So it appears you cant believe everything you hear on the grapevine either. Stick |
