What's your background? I mean, are you type rated? Direct entry Cpt? Anyway, you usually repay the TR along with your salaries in 3 yrs. Quite some mess with the rostering and operation control (expect some general aviation flavour). Yet the flying and the people are great, indeed, plus you get some interesting night stops and lots of "hands on throttles and stick".
As for the T&Cs, a F/O (1 yr after joining) would carry home roughly 3500€ per month, while cpts should get something like 5500€ (not 100% reliable, though :) ). 28 days leave (increasing by 2 every year), staff travel granted. You might get some call from some very kind crewing office guy on days off (which you may as well not accept): yet, days off are well paid..

C ya :)

Hello,
and what about Air One Cityliner? Is this a own company or just a brand on the CRJs?
If it's an own company, do you know something about the terms and conditions at Cityliner?

Same property, different AOC. T&Cs are something worse (dunno exactly), but people reckon this is going to change somehow, since many expats left and others are threatening to do so, shouldn't the T&Cs be upgraded to AirOne-like levels..
