How Long For Replies?
 

Ive posted off a wedge of CV's and application forms some as long as 3 weeks ago, I havent heard anything back from anyone, appart from Cathay who sent me an update form for future use, which I will take as a no thanks :)

Ive got 2200 jet (under 10 tonnes) and 1600 or so P1 including 1000 p1 jet.

What seems to be the usual time (Irealise it varies) for some kind of reply?

Ive tried:
Cathay, ThomsonFly, Monarch, BMI, Mytravel, GB, Jet2, Air Malta, and flyjet, plus some corporate / air taxi jobs.

I thought the market for pilots was looking up, perhaps Im wrong?

Don't take a CX update form as a no thanks, they record everything and will take the number of times you update them as a positive sign of interest.

I need to get a job sorted pretty soon and what is worrying me is that I take something and then get offered something better a couple of months down the line. ..... I should be so lucky :P
