So it's the hourly pay rate multiplied by 65 hrs per month multiplied by 12 and that's the yearly salary? Or is there something else on top?

CHICAGO (Reuters) - A federal bankruptcy judge Friday rejected an agreement between UAL Corp. and its pilots union that would have let bankrupt United Airlines cut pilots' pay by 14 percent and terminate their pension plans.

So, let me get this straight. The union is begging for a pay cut and the judge won't give it to them?

Sounds like Cleavon Little's negotiating position in 'Blazing Saddles'...

Thats not fair to pilots with 4 wives and 8 kids with 2 boats and a cottage and 3 girlfriends!!! Whats the world coming to?
