For those long haul swimmers in the pool, BA have pulled non type rated people out for a 777 cse starting early March.

I can concur with Airbrake, an ex-military mate was informed 1 week after his sim that he had 777s early Mar.

For Shaka Zulu, apparently you get a sim brief with power settings etc the day before your sim - crew coop the key.

Sim assmt 23rd Feb. Notified that I'd passed mon 28th Feb. Nothing heard (same for sim buddy). Anybody who did the sim around then heard owt? Starting to get a wee bit twitchy.....:bored:

Welcome to the company guys...but be ready to work your nuts off for the next few years...the bottom guys on the 777 work very hard.

Then as someone said recently, even the worst line on the 777 is better than the best line on the Airbus!:p

I take your point CM , but the time changes do wipe you out. Having said that, I find it very hard to get up at 0500 now, especially 4 days on the trot.
