Staff: 50% pay cut for 3 months
CEO and his senior leadership: 20% pay cut for 3 months

Shame on you Johan Lundgren.

My biggest worry is that clearly the senior management don't have a clue. easyJet will never make it through this.

Also your numbers are wrong, it's a 50% pay cut for SIX months, not 3. For 3 months, it's a 100% pay cut!

No crew food and tea/coffee...sounds familiar. That’s what happens when you employ ex Ryanair scum management. Johan will regret it in the long run, when his workforce becomes less motivated and less flexible. Shame.

Doesn't look good when they are going ahead with a £170 million pound dividend payment while pleading poverty and requesting government bailouts. Talk about a management disconnect. JL came across as a shifty spiv whilst being interviewed this morning.

That would be a comparatively good deal... it's actually 50% for 6 months not 3, and a whole slew of terms and conditions changes to boot (until Nov 2021, but we've all seen before that what is given up is not easily regained).

It's a disgrace, and they should be ashamed of themselves... in it together indeed.

Here is a timely reminder as if we need it that companies are run for the benefit of shareholders and executives. It doesn't matter that the success of the company was down to your hard work and sacrifices, they care not. I think we have all had a nasty shock to the system about the realities of unabated capitalism in recent weeks. A system rigged to work exclusively for those at the top. It's why the kids are voting increasingly left all over the world.

Clearly, the UK GE result passed you by.....Even 'the kids' weren't taken in by McDonnell's fiscal ineptitude.
Having said that, Easy's Snr Management's position is woefully short of leadership and example; they'll deserve all that will come to them in due course.

Bellew is ex Scumair, not JL. These are typical Bellew tactics.

Presumably the "management" will be still working , using their advanced intellect to solve the problems, hence the token pay reduction, whereas the coal face workers will be sitting at home , thus the huge payouts. Having moaned all that, it may be better to have a pay cut and a job rather than a permanent pay cut! Lets hope Easy can survive this, Looks like NAS will have problems even with the government bail outs.

Mr. Hearty Meatballs doesn't seem so bad in retrospect, at least Carolyn managed to keep him under control.

Corporate blunders. Brittannia Hotels sacking their staff. easyJet paying dividend then borrowing money that could be better used elsewhere. Selfish.
