Private Military Contracts
What's a "private military contract" ?
If it's a civilian flying for the Dept. of Defense/military, there are a number of US companies offering that. It ordinarily requires US citizenship and a secret security clearance. jsfirm is a good place to look for them.
Not sure how other countries handle that.

I met a guy from a European country during a TACEVAL last year that was flying for the Canadians but he of course he already had military experience.
Why do you think that a country/government wpuld
be interested in an individual without previous military experience? It would be way easier to train a national.
