Has there been any advancement in the package ? pay increase or change of work pattern ? Last was still 777/380 @ US 13 K , 9 day off ++.

Don't get me wrong because the same can be said of me when I joined 6 years ago. However, it is like this; while people keep coming, and they do, nothing will change. There has been no significant change here in over 6 years.
