Interesting.... anyone know if they will be requiring the rating paid up front or if it will be a bond? Nothing about ratings on the advert.

They wanted 25k up front for the recent Dec recruitment, it looks like this has been dropped now.

Do not Pay for any type rating now, all the companies are thirsty of pilots in this moment.

I think that a wise advice, do not pay for type...even Ryan is paying or bonding for DEC non rated...

Do you guys consider commutable a flexi roster? More precisly, would it work with a 2hrs drive distance?
