NTR is extremely limited by training capacity. Pilots ausually pay/are bonded for the TR. The odd few may get in but that is almost certainly not going to happen for the remainder of this year.

It's either 300 or 500 hours on type that gets you a minimum of 10 sectors line training.

The last courses are starting about now. I think that's it until the end of the year to be honest.

Ok thanks for clarifying. I assume this job has very little night stopping as well.

One more thing to ask, how does the annual leave work? PPJN states 42 days basic.

Are there any restrictions on when leave can be taken? Are you restricted to taking blocks of days or can single days be included?

Leave/GDOs is very complex to describe. There is a lot of flexibility afforded to pilots and you can achieve most combinations. However, leave in the summer is a bug bear for many and the company council are currently working with BALPA to get it sorted.
