I think 900 hrs a year is still a bit enthousiastic though... perhaps for OTP, BUD, WAW,LTN etc. but not for some of the smaller 3/2/1 aircraft bases like SBZ, IAS, WRO, VAR, KIV etc. 85hrs per month is a better avarage... and possible 800-850 hrs a year if you are in a smaller base...
Sure, Vienna might be different, but this is to give a general picture, as not every new captain in the company goes to the bigger bases, especially since they need captains in smaller bases at the moment... (okay, they need captains everywhere, lol, but really needed in small bases)

You do not have to have Hungarian license, any EASA one will make it however company pays only Hungarian, Polish or UK license related fees. At least a couple of years ago it was like that.
As soon as you finish TR (in 1 or max 2 weeks) your conversion course starts which includes the base training.

till today +/- 500h in 2018 with already some semi payed holiday ( only basic pay ) used... this month I was scheduled for 110h, 58 sector all duties ending at 00:00 or later...

I guess I am lucky only being in a 2 aircraft base. 80 hours in July, and only 40 in august since I got holiday for almost half of August. 
Wondering what it's gonna be like when summer is over... and I got hours left while others ran out.... lol

If you are wondering how it is in Wizz Air, and if you should apply please note that Wizz Air has increased the salaries in the whole network and that they are from 7K to 10K depending on your civil status, Net for cpt. 2500 to 5000 for fo/Sfo. Its without pension though, still quite competitive.
They are massively in need of pilots, putting some aircrafts on the ground here over the winter due to lack of pilots. Atmosphere is good and its quite stable at the moment regarding financial situation, and people are in general quite happy.

I've seen a lot of mention of paying taxes for your home residency country, who exactly does this apply to?
If you are not on a commuting contract, wont you avoid being resident in your home country, therefore avoid double taxing?
Of course for someone having a family this is not an option, but being single, if I had to stay out of my home country for a certain amount of days to avoid residency I certainly would, plus I think it's quite a high amount of days which you have to spend at home to be considered resident, some countries as much as 180days per year.

As you say, it depends on your center of interests, as the tax authorities call it. If you are single, no house and no significant properties, and you dont commute, it is not a problem. But in most other cases you will be considered tax resident in your home country.
You will be able to deduct swiss taxes from your bill, but that’s often close to zero, if you have a family.

Tax treatynin my country allowed me to deduct swiss raxes from the total bill in my country, so that you do not pay twice, but in total what you would have paid in your own country.
