Wow that is terrible (unless that’s something like 1 week on / 3 weeks off.)

Indeed. Any info on the percentage was cut for both EZY and RYR?

With the above mentioned 77.000 EUR OTE at WZZ it looks like at least 30% cut for most and close to 50% for some senior captains (factoring in the loyalty bonus which was taken away back in March/April I believe).

77.000 EUR minus 30% till at least 31st March 2021.
so flying to the limit 4500 EUR net. Also bond deduction is around 500EUR per month.
so to the maths

It isn't though, as that'll be Ä77k + multiplier, about Ä800/month down for a UK-based Captain net, but the security of a job, still grossing in the region of £9k/month.

Easyjet - down about 20% overall based on my February roster (factoring in seniority bonuses etc). The February roster isn't likely to happen for a while though......(Plus those at the 3 affected bases, who are facing a 100% pay cut, factor that in too).

Dortmund multiplier - no idea. Vienna is 1.25, London is 1.5, expect it to be somewhere between the two. For reference, pre-Covid, an Easyjet German contract earned more than the UK by about 5%, so likely edging nearer the 1.5 mark.

You fail to mention that everyone on a local contract has a country multiplyer that offsets a good part of the taxes. For Romania it's x1.45, so about 111000 eur gross for a 1st year captain (down from the original 130000 eur) until April 2021.

Haven't seen the complete list of all countries, just the one for some of the new bases: Italy, Cypus and Albania: 1, 1.1 and 1.05 respectively.

And what's the deal with those many who got reshuffled to different bases in the past months? Does this automatically mean a new contract in the country where the new base is?

That would surely be the case with any company.

If (for example) I was moved onto a French contract, I would expect to be on the same terms and conditions as the French crew.....

It makes sense whenever it's been made clear that your relocation is of a long-term nature. But what about the scenario when you have only been shifted for the summer/for a couple of months? Do you have to sign a new contract for each relocation or do you receive any per diem on grounds of being out of your permanent base for a short period?

Depending on the base. For example Tirana only can have fix local contract or maximum 90 days if you go out of base.
also until October people is in random roster so commuting is quite difficult if not impossible.

Is the interview still conducted by a top heavy panel of pricks? They quiz and grill you like they invented aviation. Not such a friendly introduction to a company that is essentially a sweat shop.

My experience a year ago was totally different. Serious, but did not feel this kind of pressure.

not if youíre an experienced, rated Pilot. It does explain that on the ATPL theory, MCC, JOC & UPRT questions.

I canít get the flying hours form to load, it just hangs. Probably due to high demand this morning! 😱

I was applying to their Cadet programme at one of the schools back in 2018 and the interview with Wizz's HR was exactly like that.
