I have seen the contract, and I cannot imagine that an individual with the experience they are asking for would seriously consider this job as there are many "attractive" contracts in the market right now. An small airline in an unstable country with questionable security should fetch more money than what is on offer.
Then again, I have been wrong before...

Company, Private
Roster, none (ad hoc)
Salary, below industry norm
Lifestyle, no alcohol, bit of sightseeing, cannot leave crew hotel in piss awar, no Commuting, immediately obvious very much a Muslim country
Safety, dangerous
And they lie lie lie. They don't know the difference between a lie and the truth. They just say the easiest most non-committal thing that enters their head and if you press them on the issue they just lie. No shame. Overall really untrustworthy people.

immediate termination of employment. Invalid excuse for not showing up at work, or turning down a trip.
Do the per diems stop on the date of abduction or execution?

Currently on A330 as a SFO in Asia with over 3000 hours on A330 and 1000 on A320/1 previous Boeing time and previous command time, I was interested until I got the info.
Are they having a laugh, contract, salary the works is a joke. Stay well clear of this mob.
No A330 rated person would touch this one

Why would any decent A330 guy be without a job?
Theres lots out there.
Anyone taking this is a failure. Full stop.
No logical reason to do so, other than pure desperation.

Sounds about right
There's two German guys there who were both recently sacked by Vietnam Airlines for being CRM disasters and general troublemakers. At least one of those guys had also previously been sacked by a Chinese airline, so I guess he was pretty much out of options like you say. I really can't think of a more deserving candidate for the job
