Air Cosmos A330/340 Interview
I have been invited for an interview as an A330/340 captain with this new start-up company Air Cosmos in Berlin.
Has anyone already been interviewed? What is being asked? What is being offered?

Has Air Cosmos got anything to do with the Monarch group ( only cos Cosmos used to be the name of the holiday side of the firm until a name change to Monarch Holidays last month)?

Guys, I think this company does not even exist, the adress in Berlin is a well known adress for letterbox companies. There have been a few cases before in germany, when 24 yr old boys where interviewing pilots for a new airline.
Their website dosent have any news for the last 3-4 month, so I dont think "their" A330/340 will ever take off.

Thought i'd sednoff an email with my experience just out of interest. Got a reply today but it's all in German and as I don't speak the lingo, I have no idea if I have an interview or not. Judging by previous comments this is probably not a bad thing!!

hope to fly Berlin-Schoenefeld to Mexico.... but in these time maybe not. Last saw an announcement in Germany newspaper in Jan / Feb 08 nothing since.
Air Cosmos denied in another newspaper article in Feb that they had entered insolvency in November 2007. the only contact I know is

Air Cosmos operations
A new Airline Air Cosmos should start flying from october.They are interviewing,giving contracts but nothing can be found on internet.NOTHING.
How can an operator launch 5 A340 in 2 months without known AOC,Aircraft,web site working,publicity...
