Aurigny Air Services, First Officer Take Home Pay?
Hi, are there any Aurigny FOs out there who are willing to tell me how much their take home pay is each month? ( ie after tax)
Also how is it worked out? Do they pay a flat salary, or is it done on a pay per flying hour/ day basis?
Thanks.

Pay
I don't think that it's any big secret. I'm sure that the figures are published somewhere.
The basic in the first year at the moment is £2379.49 a month. Tax is very good here and so most of the chaps take home about £1750.00 to £1850.00 a month depending on entrance to the co. pension scheme; claiming the uniform allowance & mortgage tax relief.
There is an incremental scheme but after 15 months I've not seen it

Incidentally Wheelbarrow. There is an incremental scheme.
Every year at the start of March you get an increment. I put my hand up and admit that I did get mine... ooops!
The criterion is that you have to be on the payroll for at least 3 calendar months before you get the first one.
