Me old soaker....apologies in advance if this sounds negative or condescending; it's not meant to be.
I doubt very much that there is a question bank, per se. More likely they look at your application - mine was referenced - your personality profile - from the one you take online - your background, and probably anything else that occurs to them at the time. Loc's advice remains bang up to date; he's also obviously far more switched on than me as all I can remember is that there were 2 glasses of water, two people (well 3 including me!) and it seemed to go very quickly but lasted the thick end of anhour.
There were no traps (seemingly). Be yourself, have lots of examples to hand - but don't prepare a script. I had half a dozen or so memorable experiences (steady!) that I had dragged up and made sure I could recall fully and use to good effect. Beyond that, there was the obvious CRM question; and bone up on the company.
Good luck - I remain convinced they are there to hire, not to turn you away.

Have to agree with brit bus driver:
Having recently spoken to a senior person intimately connected with the BA pilot recruiting setup, it was confirmed that you're at the interview and assessment day because you appear to meet their needs - you 'fit the mould'. It is up to you to prepare, do the homework, and they will see if you still resemble that 'mould' at the end of the process.
I remain convinced they are there to hire, not to turn you away.

With regards to waiting, a few of my fellow students (SSP's) were told on their assessment day that some of the sim rides COULD be in January, (interviews about 2-3weeks ago)

How long in the holding pool?
If you’re lucky enough to get through the selection process, how long are people generally spending in the holding pool before being called forward to start training?

Second application
I recently went to Cranebank and managed to arse up the interview quite spectacularly. I am intending on having another go as soon as I can. Does anyone know how much a poor performance in the interview counts against you in future applications?

I don't know what the current situation is regarding feedback, are you still able to contact HR?
