BBC HF frequencies?

I lost my list. Would someone be kind enough to list them here?

Thanks!

Just a quick addendum -- the BBC recently ceased shortwave broadcasts to North America. However, we're in a period of very good HF propagation so you can often get results checking broadcasts aimed elsewhere, especially during daytime on the higher frequencies.

Alternatively, fly the Pprune-equipped Boeing that was shown here recently and listen to the streaming audio from Aunty in the background.

Thanks for the input, guys. The PPRUNE equipped airplane is a mystery to me though!
