B737NG EFIS Vs PFD/ND

After invitation to interview I got the message from one company with following text-"As per our Authority, they can not Accept your EFIS experience to be transfered to PFD/ND Aircraft,hence we can not Employ you"
Anybody have any idea? :confused:

Well, I take it, that with EFIS they mean the layout in the 737 300/400. (EHSI and EADI). With PFD/ND (Primary Flight Display/ Nav Display), they mean the layout as in the 737 NG.
In our company we fly `em all on one rating, so I don`t see the problem with your application.

Static,
I fly in B737-700 with EFIS indication. There is option to choose between PFD/ND and EFIS indication on B737NG. My current company chose EFIS. :(
