Sanaa Airport at Yemen elevation is 7237'and these days with the high temp, the performance is quite something out of there, you have to be careful with hot starts, Flying to Europe direct is not always possible, either runway limited or climb limited weights. Be careful with the high terrain during approach and climb, changes of wind and consequently Ldg R/W occurs often in the afternoon.

Forget the temp/obstacles, its the guys with AK47's who like to fire at aircraft arriving at night who you have to worry about.
