747 T/O commands

I am interested in information on Command Speed Bug settings for T/O on 747.Initially the "Salmon Bug" is set at V2.
(a)After T/O,at 1000'AGL,should the PF command for "Salmon Bug" to be set at V2+40 for flaps 5 retraction,then command V2+60 for flaps 1,V2+ 80 for Flaps Up,then 250 kts and finally 280 knots at 2500'???
(b)If not the above procedure,should the "Salmon Bug" be set to V2+ 100 after 1000'AGL.
Suggestions would be appreciated!!!

Will depend on company SOP. Usual (2 different companies) is to set to V2 + 100 (or 250 kts whichever higher) once Flap 5 is set. Orange bug remains at this setting until acceleration (usually above 10,000')
