Looking for excerpt from an AAL OFP
 

Hi all,

I am looking for an excerpt of an AAL OFP for an ETOPS flight showing how the ETOPS entry and exit points and Class II navigation entry and exit points are displayed/formatted in the flight log -- PDF, screenshot, cell phone picture of a paper release -- if they are included in the flight log of an AAL OFP.

This is for personal education/hobby purposes. A popular tool for flight planning for flight simulators, SimBrief, allows you to choose the OFP format for your flight plan and switch between various airlines, and when using the AAL OFP the information outlined above is not included in the flight log or elsewhere in the OFP, whereas it is included in the DAL and UAL formats. It seems odd to me that AAL would leave it out, but it may be accounted for elsewhere, so even showing the absence of it would be helpful.
