Engine Fire ECAM Message Delay
 

Hello all,

I have a question.

Is there a specified delay for the ECAM messages? I know they are not instant but i am also curious if there is a standard delay for some type of messages?

Hope this thread is in the right directory.

Don't think there's any formal delay. In the sim you'd sometimes see the engine fire switch light up a second or so before the master warning triggered.
