Help required please... New (and self taught) to CPDLC.

About 5-10 minutes after log on to CPDLC we get a message through datalink headed

Left LSKs are

TO WPT ALT
- - - - -
TO+1 ALT
- - - - -
TO+2 ALT

Right LSKs are

REMINDERS
ENABLED

DELAY
10 MIN

---------------------

Not sure what this is and therefore how it should be used.

Any help/guidance/comments etc would be welcome - Assuming its DATALINK oriented - but can't find anything in the manual for it.
