737 Max Go-Around Single Engine

Hi,

Would anyone know if the lateral mode LNAV arms during a single engine ILS approach with dual Auto-pilot. I see it does on 2 engines but it does not arm during the approach nor engage after 50 ft after pressing TOGA.

Please provide references & any Boeing options required to get this features if you know :-)

Best regards,

Acheo

Are you even allowed to fly your max yet? :}

The answer is yes. That's assuming your company has the LNAV option.

Does your B737 MAX have single Engine autoland capability and or approval?

Considering that the NG could do that, both things actually, single engine autoland and single engine go-around to LNAV, one would think the MAX certainly should be able to do the same?

As far as single engine autoland is concerned it is only available in a fail operational aircraft, and that is an option. TUI, for example, have specified their MAX aircraft as fail passive.
